I have seen your analysis of single rooms and cost benefit aspect of the a viable plan.I do have a plot in thika suitable for single rooms or bedsiters for that matter.Please help me to understand about your 14 room analysis assuming i do not have to pay for the plot,What would be the total cost of using conventional methods of construction or the the panels?How good is thika rental wise.Please let me know.
