Hi Naeem,
I will require to know what the local authority approves for the particular area i.e how many floors you can build. To advice on this, i wil require to know the plot location.
Read here for number of units on a 1/8th acre. There are 3 to 4 plots within a half acre. Multiply the units by 3 or 4.
