I have a bare land in Limuru and i’d like to inquire the cost of building; just a rough estimate for that particular construction with the exact same features as you mentioned on the article. Excluding architectural fees, or county fees. Just a rough estimate of the construction fee
Hi, a 3 bedroomed unit will cost between 2.5m to 3m and a 2 bedroomed unit will cost between 2m to 2.4m to construct.
