One Bedroomed units.

The one bedroomed units have a bed in the bedroom and an extra bed in the living room to accommodate extra people if need be, making it a total of two beds in the house.

 

2 Bedroomed units.

 

The 2 bedroomed units have an extra bed in one of the bedrooms, making it a total of 3 beds in the house.

Extra bed covers and duvets are available on request. Each bed has 3 bed covers to ensure guests are warm throughout the night.

 

Rooftop Lounge.

 

The roof top lounge is available for all guests for sub bathing and relaxing as they watch the beautiful green scenery towards Thogoto forest, Southern Bypass and Alliance girls school.

Each house is fitted with a kitchen , well equipped with all utensils needed to make a meal. There is a menu in each house where guests can choose their meals which will then be prepared by South House staff at the rooftop lounge kitchen.

On 1st floor, there is a 50m2 meeting room with office space and rest room incorporated.

This can host up to 30 people comfortably.

On the 2nd floor roof top, we have a 200m2 rooftop space that boasts of great views towards the southern bypass.

This can host up to 150 people comfortably.
