Church building covering an area of 60×80 rectangle with two galleries on opposite shorter sides. The offices will be on ground floor and first floor both the adjacent building on one side and on the ground floor of the other adjacent building ground floor will be for nursery Sunday school and the top floor 2 rooms of middle group Sunday school on one room and the teen’s class on the other room. Both the office floors and the Sunday school floors should have washrooms. The wash rooms for the church should be on the ground floor. Will be glad to have a rough idea of how this will look like. The topography of the place is flat but slightly marshy black cotton soil in Kisumu city along Kibos Road opposite KPA Depot!
