I would like to construct a small storeyed residential building on my 40ft*60ft plot at Makuyu along Kenol Sagana road.Please advise me on the best size of the rooms, and any possible financiers/developers.Is it possible for me to be linked to interested parties so that we can develop the plot through the sectional ownership method?Please advise me.Thank you.
