PLAN DESCRIPTION
This 4 bedroom house has 3 bedrooms, one master-bedroom, two baths, spacious kitchen and a dining room. This type of design is the most common in Kenya, as kenyas like large homes that can accommodate the large families. The master bedroom has a shared bathroom and toilet separated so that one can use the bathroom while a guest is using the toilet. The master bedroom also has a large walk-in robe and en suite. The launge is spacious while the kitchen is open into the dining area. The layout is wide and therefore comfortably fit well leaving adequate space on either side of the house for passage. The bathrooms are large and spacious. The baths have a jet tube and a custom built shower. The bedrooms features individual closets and share a bath with separate tube and a toilet room. The main entrance at the front of the house is mirrored with kitchen entrance allowing access from both ends of the house. Each space is separated by a system of openings or doors to allow as much autonomy for each room. There is also a large open Terrance which can be used for hosting family gatherings. The living roof is nicely spacious, flowing into the dining room that sits adjacent to the kitchen. Outside the kitchen there is a utility area with a concrete counter fitted with a sink with space below your counter for your washer and dryer. The kitchen also offers a large walk-in pantry to keep snacks and spices. The kitchen also has a gorgeous window splash back which lets in so much light and creates a stand out picture as it also gives you a nice view. With access to a games room from the family area it is the perfect place to transform into a kids play area. The great room, dining and kitchen have a cathedral ceilings.
