Roto Roof Windows
435 Series PVC Roto Roof Window
A centre-pivoting double-glazed PVC roof window, with an exterior cladding of polyester-coated aluminium. These can be fitted easily and quickly into roof slopes of 15 to 85 degrees, using standard polyester coated aluminium flashings for tile or slate roofs.
647 Series PVC Roto Roof Window
A top-hung / pivoting double-glazed PVC window, with an exterior cladding of polyester-coated aluminium. These can be fitted easily and quickly into roof slopes of 15 to 90 degrees, using standard polyester coated aluminium flashings for tile or slate roofs. Easy and safe ventilation using the single bottom handle, for all functions, with easy and safe cleaning when locked in the cleaning position.
The 7/9 and above can be used as Means of Escape windows (MOE) exceeding the regulations for this use, which requires a minimum opening of 0.33 square metres, to be used as a fire escape.
5 sizes available – 7/9, 7/11, 7/14, 9/16 & 11/11;

Easy and safe ventilation using the single bottom handle, for all functions, with easy and safe cleaning when locked in the cleaning position.

847 Series Timber Roto Roof Window
A top-hung double-glazed softwood timber roof window, with an exterior cladding of polyester-coated aluminium. These can be fitted easily and quickly into roof slopes of 15 to 65 degrees, using standard polyester coated aluminium flashings for tile or slate roofs. All the sizes 7/9 and above can be used as Means of Escape windows, MOE. This requires a minimum opening of 0.33 square metres, to be used as a fire escape.

Far easier to fit than Velux Roof Windows – only 12 fitting screws required (24 for Velux), as the roof fixing brackets are already attached to the frame.
Altogether, this is a far superior roof window at a very competitive price.
Flashings available for slate, tiles, high profile tiles and window combinations.
Specialist glazing available if required – eg Obscure glazing £35.00 +vat extra.
